Overview:
The primary role for the International Marketing Associate is to execute and maintain existing direct digital marketing campaigns for demand generation, brand collateral (print/BTL material), and social media.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain 3rd party vendors and contractor relationships and utilize partners like enquire generators, search engines, and international virtual fairs.
Execution and maintenance of multiple websites and microsites.
Execution and maintenance of digital search, display, and email campaigns based on approved digital strategy that engages effectively with different stakeholders including international students, parents, recruiting overseas agents, etc.
Lead implementation of social media channels through development an engaging social calendar targeting international students across all markets.
Coordination of collateral material demands for student fairs abroad, community colleges in the US (Transfer fairs), ESL institutes and others.
Development of ongoing new international brand materials, including brand style guide, program flyers, etc.
Ability to coordinate tracking, measurement, and analysis to optimize the effectiveness of media mix based on existing and campaign pilots.
Increase DeVry’s presence and awareness among international students in target markets and in the US.
Budget tracking, billing management.
Provide international team with weekly status updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related studies
4-6 years related experience
Exceptional project management skills
Advanced understanding of online advertising and mobile industry
Experience managing online and offline lead generation programs
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, and flexible
Ability to work in a high paced, fast changing environment
Experience with developing marketing efforts in Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Baidu, WeChat
Knowledge of online measurement platforms such as Google Analytics and Salesforce preferred
Experience with Foreign Languages a plus
