Aquent's retail client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for their Marketing Team.
• The Marketing Coordinator provides support in the implementation of marketing strategies and activities for a dedicated merchandising department, maximizing the effectiveness of the Marketing Department.
• Coordinates with cross functional teams in Media, Advertising, CRM, Online, Regional Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Social/PR, Operations, etc. to ensure the successful execution of marketing plans.

Overall Responsibilities:
• Provides planning support and assists in the implementation and communication of department specific marketing plans to cross functional teams and acts as primary point of contact for ad coordinators and agency partners.
• Responsible for functional execution of integrated marketing programs (i.e. Major Events, Merchandising Events, incremental initiatives, online integration, etc.)
• For the Monthly Integrated Pitch Process, provides necessary inputs to Marketing Manager including: consumer insights, competitive data, and sales analysis.
• Maintains annual marketing and departmental advertising calendar and supporting materials.

Specific Responsibilities:
• Proofing – Scheduling, organizing, trafficking and consolidating feedback:
o CRM (Email, DM)
o TV/Radio Broadcast Scripts
o Homepage/Mobile heroes
o Signage
o Newspaper

• Event, Promotion Management and Maintenance
o Sku tracking and coordination
o Updates and maintains department-level marketing calendars (MARCOM)
