Responsibilities:

- Managing the electronic documents for version control
- Gathering and assembling Word and Excel files in PDF format
- Sending the files to typesetters and translators
- On a daily basis track progress against the project schedule and flag concerns to the team
- Provide weekly updates to project team on progress and any issues that may need attention
- Receive and distribute drafts from the external typesetting vendor to reviewers for feedback and approvals  Gather marked-up material from the reviewers and resolve conflicts
- Consolidate feedback from review team
- On a weekly basis Review Cost to Date reports from vendor with internal stakeholders and report any concerns
