Marketing Coordinator

Works directly with Account Managers and supports project management of assigned business units, remaining both proactive in delivering added value to clients and responsive to meeting needs.

· Administers and monitors timelines and budgets for clients at the account level.
· Works with creative teams to coordinate creative elements of tactical initiatives. Gathers client requirements and puts together creative briefs and project details needed by creative team.
· Works with traffic management specialists to oversee production by managing cross-functional teams for projects and day-to-day partner success.
· Knowledge of marketing process and project management preferred.
· Skill in:
. Organizational, planning and time management skills - as well as a "roll up the sleeves" mentality - sufficient to independently oversee multiple projects from start to completion.
. Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills.
. Skills in Microsoft office programs, including word, excel and PPT.
· Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
