Marketing Coordinator

This is a contract to hire position.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to develop and maintain relationships/alliances with external and internal client groups.

Familiarity with standard business concepts, practices and procedures.
Assists with day-to-day coordination and delivery of tactics for AWR within key marketing functions of customer/contract retention, telemarketing, remarketing and research.
Organizes tactical efforts to maximize retention and mitigate churn to meet organizational objectives.
Coordinates outsourced telesales daily activities and aids with digital and phone based remarketing initiatives.
Supports marketing research and survey programming.
Manages creative review of all retention and select product cross sell activities.
Produces key reports and analyses.
Proficiency using various computer applications, particularly MS Office applications and Lotus Notes.
Should be able to work in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Ability to juggle priorities, will not rattle easily and extremely professional.

CALL CENTER TELESALES
Coordinate communication of marketing forecasts to call center partners to meet growth objectives.
Serve as day to day external call center partner liaison and monitor adherence to SLAs (service level agreements.)
Work as directed with business segment / product managers to integrate tactical efforts with ongoing campaign activity.
Assist management with efforts to optimize telemarketing performance.
Support design, routing for approval and implementation of call scripts.
Produce key telemarketing reports including call center and program results, comparing pertinent business, customer and product segment results, product, geographic and demographic analyses, as well as payment/mail frequency/channel trend reports.
Ensure accuracy in telesales processes, reports, training materials, and scripts.
Develop profit driven, phone re-marketing strategies for select products & prospect groups to help meet growth objectives.
