Fantastic opportunity to join a Global Company with US headquarters in Camas as a Marketing Coordinator. Assist Marketing manager with initiation of new sales or marketing projects. Help to determine scope of project, timelines, marketing resources and delivery dates.
In this position you will provide support for marketing communications projects and initiatives including creation of marketing materials; coordination of shows and schools; maintenance of websites, blogs, and other internet initiatives; maintenance of leads, co-op, media and other lists and databases; ordering of marketing services and materials; creation of various sales and marketing reports; execution of mailings.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES :
Design and create marketing forms, newsletters, promotional flyers, product literature, logos and additional marketing materials, as needed, using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Acrobat, MS PowerPoint, FileMaker, Word and Excel.
Maintain dealer information database and the creation and distribution of dealer territory maps using Microsoft MapPoint.
Compose marketing newsletter articles, website copy, product releases, and miscellaneous correspondence, as needed.
Coordinate activities with service and product vendors (mail house, printers, marketing advertisers) maintaining information, soliciting, investigating and coordinating third party vendors for the marketing catalog, helping create vendor ads, and establishing co-op ventures with third party vendors for the dealers' benefit.
Assist dealers, regional sales managers, and customer service representatives with the ordering process for marketing support materials in keeping with brand customer service mission. Monitor marketing open orders.
Coordinate the use, purchase and selling of marketing services provided to dealers, including telemarketing, list management, direct mail, fax broadcasting, etc. Coordinate billing of dealers for marketing campaigns, promotions, services, and materials.
Administer cooperative marketing (co-op) programs including database maintenance, reporting and processing of credit requests.
Oversee lead management, including database maintenance and the processing, distribution and fulfillment of all leads.
Maintain other marketing databases and lists including media mailing lists.
Provide support for assigned brands’ sales schools, such as registration, duplication of training materials and providing break food and lunches on site.
Carry out requests by the members of the department to relieve administrative functions.
Coordinate marketing support needed for trade shows, and other dealer events as needed. Coordinate marketing support for trade shows including maintenance and inventory of displays and other show materials.
Supervise apparel programs, including selecting the items, maintaining inventory and developing plans for promoting them.
Assist in taking minutes and recording action items from dealer council and other meetings.
Compose and type routine correspondence, maintain department files and prepare outgoing mail.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or equivalent required. Prefer Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s degree in the field of marketing or communications and at least two years’ experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS: Must have knowledge and at least two years of hands-on experience with personal computers using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Must be proficient in Adobe InDesign, with at least basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator. Experience with HTML or Dreamweaver a bonus, but not necessary.
Must have proven organizational skills.
