TITLE: Assistant Marketing Manager (Contract Position)
To be filled immediately with Contract thru June 30, 2014

Supporting the North America SMB marketing teams, you will be responsible for managing the team’s budget, submitting and following up on legal and marketing approvals and general program management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support program management needs of two marketing teams – the consumer marketing team and the business marketing team
• Partner with all marketing managers on teams to track budget forecast and budget actuals
• General team administration: manage consolidation of inputs for team reports, manage team email lists and distribution lists, when necessary take meeting minutes, etc.
• Support the NA retail partner and merchant marketing team by submitted and following up on legal approvals of contracts.
• Meeting and special project and event logistics/coordination

Job Requirements:

We welcome outstanding individuals with the following skills and experiences:

• Bachelors Degree
• Experience in program management and budget administration
• Experience in event coordination
• High attention to detail
• Highly organized, with demonstrated skills managing a variety of tasks and work streams simultaneously
• 3-5 years related work experience
• Strong communicator, with the ability to work effectively in a heavily matrixed, cross-functional environment
• Have the ability to multitask and execute tasks with only general supervision
