Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will primarily work with the Sales Team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for several tasks requiring strong attention to details. The Marketing Coordinator must also be able to comprehend basic technical concepts to perform certain tasks, such as troubleshooting lead delivery and updating account information for clients.

• Process maintenance requests for existing clients including creative, programs, filter, compliance and campaign updates

• Setup marketing campaigns for new clients

• Coordinate between Technology, Sales, and Client to resolve lead delivery issues and implement campaign changes

• Provide sales with status updates on pending campaign updates

• Consistently follow-up to complete pending service requests

• Communicate with clients under direction of account manager

• Track and record all client touch points including ongoing communication and service changes in Siebel CRM system

• Continually learn new product knowledge and improve problem solving skills
Skills Required: Interpersonal

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Highly proficient in problem solving

• Ability to follow instructions

• Ability to learn quickly

• Highly proficient with time management

• High level of attention to detail

• Familiar with the Internet and Internet concepts

• Familiar with PCs and Windows XP operating system

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel

• Bachelor's Degree (Minimum) or two years relevant work experience

• Experience in fast paced environments

• Deadline-driven, critical thinker

• Demonstrated results / track record

• Familiarity w/ CRM systems

• Siebel CRM OnDemand a plus
