Marketing Coordinator / Local Store Marketing Associate - Studio Movie Grill

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate marketer who will build scalable programs to drive event and ticket revenue, food and beverage sales, and attendance. This high-profile role must be extremely organized and a proactive communicator as they are a conduit between Marketing, Operations, Sales and Film. A creative mind, an enthusiastic personality and team-oriented mentality will ensure success in this role.


Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee market analysis and execute strategies to increase market share, attendance, and revenue; drive overall growth while building a partnership and supporting the Marketing, Operations, Sales and Film departments

• Create, drive and execute marketing campaigns, including communications, project scopes & dashboards plus be able to present status and outcomes to high level executives

• Develop local store marketing tool kit including scalable programs to drive attendance and sales

• Assist in the creation and execution of grand opening campaigns, remodels and re-launches including evaluating processes and determine best practices for future store openings

• Create business relationships within the community (i.e. schools, churches, recreation departments, non-profit groups) to build and maintain partnerships that encourage positive revenue stream development

• Coordinate with local theater management and sales team to identify local target clients and opportunities; maintain working knowledge of community objectives

• Develop monthly KPI reporting dashboard that includes budget breakdown (monthly and YTD), social impressions, engagement, and conversion tied into to attendance, revenue, ticket sales, and food/beverage sales

• Analyze results of LSM initiatives and make recommendations for future events

• Demonstrate the highest level of cross-functional support

• Additional responsibilities and opportunities as they become necessary and/or are assigned by management


The candidate we hire will have:

• Willingness to travel up to 20-30% of the time

• Proficient using Microsoft Office.

• Working knowledge of the following: AdWords, Google Analytics, email and social media best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Business

• 1-3 years’ experience executing successful marketing campaigns

• 2-5 years’ experience completing Marketing projects and/or learning consumer habits
