Our client is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to help prepare for a big Licensing Trade Show!
Updating and organizing Sell sheets (one pagers for each or our major brands) – format and content already established, but will need to check in with brand and studio leaders to get updated information and then relay that information with designer to update the layout.
Ability manage this project 100% from start to completion.
Product organizing, cataloguing and shipping. Including dressing mannequins. Boxes arrive weekly with product samples, will need to be unpacked, color coded tagged to indicate time received, and organized into existing bins representing each category .
As samples come in, purging of old samples will be needed (this is based on color coded system).
Assistance with marketing presentation building (PPT). Utilizing existing assets, deck presentations together for internal and external needs.
Design experience in PPT is nice, but not necessary.
Attending cross function meetings as needed, taking notes and communicating any deliverables / asks that were generated from the meeting
Successful candidate will have:
Fast on their feet, with ability to hit the ground rolling and need little management.
Must have a strong back and be able to easily lift 45 lbs, able to stand on feed for long periods of time.
Personality needs to be enthusiastic and upbeat with a Can-do vibe.
A LOT of this job requires getting information from other people in a timely fashion and requires a lot of chasing.
The candidate needs to be able to obtain information, without coming across as aggressive or pushy.
Must have some sort of experience in managing printed marketing materials and familiar with tradeshows.
