Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

 Coordination of development, execution, distribution and implementation of marketing and

advertising assets across all platforms. Includes programs across paid media placements,

consumer events, promotional partnerships, social media, digital experiences and Disney synergy

marketing initiatives.

 Management and execution of various marketing efforts throughout the entire campaign planning

process - coordinating production schedules, communication with external vendors & agencies,

premium exploration and execution, asset deliveries and deadlines with all creative deliverables.

 Manage overall production calendars, creative timelines/due dates and facilitate all elements

throughout the creative process, including routing & managing approvals.

 Assistance in the creation of marketing launch presentations and post campaign summary reports

 Act as key liaison with the digital/social media teams in the execution of social media marketing

campaigns and with writer/producers in developing video creative elements.

 General coordination duties; budget tracking; internal legal routing; copywriting; vendor contracts;

set up meetings, post-meeting notes; process invoices; maintenance of monthly asset

tracking/deliverables.

Basic Qualifications

 Minimum of 2 years in marketing or project management/coordination role, with an affinity

towards targeting kids and millennial moms

 Excited to win as a team, highly collaborative and ability to build positive relationships.

 Demonstrated ability to communicate openly and honestly, both written and verbal

 Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills

 Strong engagement, understanding and use of social and digital media

 Ability to build credibility and collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors

 Ability to multi-task and prioritize project workflow in a fast paced environment

 Detail-oriented with high standards of quality excellence, creative and strategic thinker

 Experience managing budgets

 Positive can-do attitude with strong initiative and follow through

 Skilled in all Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Outlook and Keynote

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital media, social media, advertising, kids television, kid’s products

and trends, women’s lifestyle (entertainment/products/parenting) or messaging to young kids

(entertainment/products)

• Understanding of multicultural marketing and connecting with diverse audience segments

• Previous exposure/experience or understanding of paid media planning

• Knowledge of SAP, Photoshop



Required Education

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of work experience.

Preferred Education

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or Digital Media.
