ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Describe the duty/responsibility* % of time
CMS Approvals: Approves website content changes as requested by divisions. Trains new CMS users. Performs all CMS-related tasks, such as altering certain fields as mandated by Corporate Digital Marketing and troubleshooting CMS workflow issues. 50%
Online Listings Management: Ensures our location listings on online map platforms, such as Google Maps, are up-to-date. 20%
Digital Marketing Support: Performs website audits, conducts user acceptance testing prior to code deployments, and provides general support. 30%
Note: % of time should total 100%

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Certifications/Licenses
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Marketing concentration preferred) or Communications, or equivalent experience

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly in a deadline-driven environment.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and creative problem solving skills.
- Strong critical thinking capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- High attention to detail.
- General understanding of the digital sphere and able to grasp Web concepts.
- An independent self-starter.
- Desires to grow into a Project Manager role.


Work Requirements
- Conduct business in a professional and ethical manner to reinforce goodwill and profitability for the company.
- Position is on-site in Westwood, Los Angeles.
- Must be available on weekends occasionally.
