The Project Coordinator at our client will be responsible for taking a new campaign from client sign-off through the set-up phase, ensuring collection of all assets needed to launch, QA-ing those assets, and ensuring the campaign is ready to hand-off to Ad Ops, Fulfillment, and Client Success teams so they can hit the ground running to launch the campaign.,

The Project Coordinator will have a meticulously attention to detail, reviewing the needs of each campaign to ensure we get the right assets at the right time formatted correctly. They will be central point of contact for their assigned campaigns and will interact with all disciplines to keep the project on track and on time, including Sales and Clients, Account Management, Creative, Ad Ops and Fulfillment. They will learn the ins and outs of our clients product set and all of the associated requirements, have the ability to fluidly shift communication styles from internal to external audiences, and be obsessive about workflow, project deadlines and the accuracy of their work. If challenges arise, they will be able to troubleshoot while also managing expectations.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in account management, project managment, or ad ops support

Responsibilities

  • Oversees the successful set up and on-time launches for all campaigns to be implemented by fulfillment teams
  • Communicates with Sales team on the needs of each of their clients’ campaigns to collect assets (brand assets such as logos or artwork, CTURLs, Display, Video, Audio, Search, SEO, Social)
  • Collaborates with Sales Team on any client responsibilities for successful campaign implementation, including pixel placement, administrative access to CMS or social platforms, etc. 
  • Communicates directly with clients as needed
  • Collaborates with Creative Team on creative production and approval process to ensure client inputs allow for successful creative development, review, approval and campaign launch
  • Sets up Sales or Client in reporting platforms (TBC)
  • Is able to develop or templatize a work plan encompassing all phases and resources, while continuously monitoring and modifying project timeline and/or deliverables
    • Identifies deliverables for successful campaign launch
    • Develops and drives project timelines and milestones
    • Manages and tracks timelines to give teams and clients ETAs
    • Continuously monitors and modifies project timeline and/or deliverables and is able to suggest alternative solutions and the redeployment of resources where necessary
  • Offers input on the design and standardization of templates, workflow solutions, and other strategies to enhance the efficiency of project planning, project implementation, and project tracking
