About the role Coordinate deadlines, details and tasks related to the successful planning and execution of marketing campaigns to include emails, landing forms, google retargeting and printed pieces.
We are looking for a detail oriented, data-driven marketing professional to assist with the entire coordination of projects. From building compelling emails to marking up pieces for design refinement, the ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator and project coordinator. The right candidates will have an interest in striking the needed balance between the art and science of marketing to include a strong focus on data and technical skill sets.
Building and testing emails, surveys, landing pages and other digital marketing pieces.
Act as the key liaison with other internal departments such as sales, design and quality assurance.
Work with sales team to develop, update and distribute various marketing pieces to support their sales process throughout the year.
Maintaining awareness of industry trends and bringing those ideas to regular marketing meetings for implementation.
Position Requirements Minimum of 1-2 years experience in fast-paced marketing or communications department (association work preferred).
Demonstrated track record of reliability and attention to detail.
Experience with data to include sorting of spreadsheets, uploading of email distribution lists, review and analysis of analytics.
Experience with Salesforce.com.
Experience sending emails from platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact is preferred.
Experience with marketing automation is a bonus.
Basic familiarity with InDesign, Adobe, and minor html editing is also a bonus
