Responsibilities:
· Working closely with business contacts (President, Trust Offices, CIO and PMs), develop marketing materials that support the sales process. Provide recommendations on what tools are required, content and work with internal marketing team for the final design.
· Develop outbound marketing programs for Investor Services (quarterly)
· Work with creative services in development of materials
· Work with writers to create articles for internal and external newsletters and magazine publications
· Work with sales team and business leaders to develop client and advisor focused presentations
· Manage marketing / sales calendar with the business
· Manage all legal and compliance approvals including archiving of materials for audit purposes
· Manage content updates on website to keep the site up to date and relevant for all viewers
· Project manage and provide recommendations for any website redesign initiatives
· Provide recommendations on content then develop client and prospect quarterly email communications
· Provide recommendations and develop client and prospecting email campaigns for FTC Investor Services
· Work with AV team and CIO on quarterly video commentary (used on website and in quarterly client emails). Involves recommending questions, themes and having the questions crafted properly. As well, as final review and edits to the final video which will include back-up slides as needed.
· Provide recommendations to team on additional video commentary that we can do that profiles other aspects of the business i.e. Trust
· Work with PR team and internal writers to get articles published externally and increase profile of team in media. Use these articles on the website.
· Provide recommendations, develop and execute advertising / promotional strategies
