Marketing Campaign Manager- Marketing Consultant

Manage the execution marketing plans and initiatives for Innovations and Partnerships division of US Direct. Responsible for measurements, promotions, and communications targeted to specific markets. Helps defines marketing requirements and opportunities to improve profitability and market share. Provides management with sound market intelligence to formulate market strategies. Market products through building and maintaining brand awareness, assisting in lead generation and data mining activities, and monitoring pricing/product mix options for new partnerships and opportunities. Provides ongoing support for marketing programs within the Innovation marketing team.


Functional Responsibilities:
• Assists in the development and execution of marketing programs, initiatives or promotions.
• Focuses on data gathering, analysis, and preparation of marketing programs.
• Develop collaborative working partnerships with external Vendors, Legal, Creative Services, Production and Procurement to execute campaigns in an effective and timely manner.
• Compliance management and monitoring of collateral material inventory including legal department review/tracking as applicable
• Analyze customer and transaction data to identify segments most appropriate for selected utilization or communication campaigns
• Analyze and report the results of marketing campaigns based on reach, recall, response-rates, click-through, yield, lift and unit costs
• Engages partners to gather feedback of marketing collateral performance, improvements and enhancements
• Performs other related duties as assigned or required.

Job Requirements
• 1-2 years direct marketing/business experience

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelors' Degree in Marketing Degree or related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Ability to work collaboratively across various departments
• Demonstrate a high attention to detail and strong creative skills
• Excellent time management, organization skills, and adaptable to frequent change
• Strong leadership skills
• Must demonstrate sound judgment and be able to make decisions quickly in a
rapidly changing environment
