Marketing Communications Manager

Overview

The Integrated Marketing Manager manages all aspects of marketing campaigns including formulating strategy, positioning, content development, execution and measurement with the goal of improving and enhancing our ability to grow sales and meet company objectives.

The primary focus of this position will be a leadership role in the development and implementation of marketing tactics focused on demand generation of enterprise marketing and campaign management activities including email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, targeted programs, awareness building, sales tools development, ROI tracking, social media marketing and tradeshow and event support.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns in collaboration with segment and product managers to drive segment and product growth goals.

· Serve as liaison between sales, marketing, product and various departments to ensure successful implementation of marketing programs while maintaining the integrity of the brand. Programs to include:
· Direct mail, direct touch campaigns
· Email Marketing campaigns
· Social Media campaigns
· Media buying with print and online sources
· Campaign analytics, measurement and metrics
· Messaging
· Awareness (online, print, media, etc.)
· Programs (acquisition, retention, etc.)
· Enterprise Marketing (email, direct marketing, seminars, webinars, etc.)
· Sales tools (sell sheets, white papers, presentations, etc.)
· Command a comprehensive understanding of marketing communications, which translates into innovative media recommendations framed in the context of client goals and supported by a compelling research story.
· Collaborate with sales education and ensure communication of marketing and product strategy to internal and external stakeholders.
· Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing plan for enterprise marketing on an annual basis.
· Work in collaboration with product marketing to develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new product launches and drive campaign to enhance existing product lines.
· Responsible for establishing analytics / dashboards and distributing this information via regular reporting to all key stakeholders on a monthly or as needed basis.
· Interpret individual brand strategies, understand brand guidelines and strategic initiatives, setting and communicating expectations, scheduling and organizing resources, managing deliverables and meeting deadlines.
· Analyzes and monitor relevant industry trends on market knowledge and research to make informed recommendations and decisions.
· Experience in coordinating all aspects of tradeshow and event management.
Job Requirements and Experience:

· 2-5 years of campaign management experience in Integrated Marketing
· Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Interactive Media or related field required.
· Must be well versed in current advertising trends, best practices and reporting, and maintain knowledge base of future trending.
· Ability to communicate and present effectively, both orally and in writing.
· An idea-generator with the ability to execute
· Strong marketing skills across a wide range of channels
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Demonstrated leadership and internal negotiations
