Our client helps companies find exceptional female talent who are transitioning back to work after a voluntary career break. They source, select, train and support this valuable talent pool, culminating in defined project assignments or permanent roles depending on the needs of the corporation.

Our client is looking for an experienced Marketing and Community Manager who can develop a network of women who have taken a career break and are exploring a return. As our manager, you’ll be engaging with our community across a variety of channels, developing and evolving our community strategy, planning and attending community events, and other activities that grow the network.

Responsibilities
• Help develop an understanding of our target audience, and identify relevant and effective marketing solutions that attract and engage a talent community
• Responsible for building our community through both online and offline channels including field marketing, social media and email marketing
• In partnership with Executive team, develop plan for securing national partnerships that will expand the talent community. Including universities, societies and existing communities.
• Work closely with Program Managers to identify local partnerships and opportunities to build and develop a community of returning women
• Develop plan and approach to referral marketing to build community
• Guide and build quick response solutions to attract candidates as demand arises
• Attend networking events, Meet-Ups, career fairs, company events and meetings to help spread the word about what we are doing!

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or related field.
• experience in social community management.
• You thrive working with others and love building personal connections
• Social media savviness with a professional online presence
• Experience building and developing partnerships
