Our client, a major Healthcare company, is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist / Writer to join their Customer Communications team, which develops communications for existing and prospective customers -- the individuals who use our products services and programs. The team collaborates with internal business partners to create and implement annual customer communication plans, strategies and tactics. Our clients goal is to engage customers by creating clear, consistent, and relevant communications that build trust, increase retention, accelerate growth, and improve the customer experience. They focus on communications that help customers understand and use their benefits and improve their health -- from claims and service letters to gaps in care and health engagement materials.

The Marketing Communications Specialist / Writer provides consultative support for enterprise business partners' direct to customer needs:

Reviews and rewrites customer letters, forms, and other written communications to apply plain language and clear communication rules.
Project manages complex customer communication writing and editing projects.
Partners with internal creative agency on projects that require design.
Assists in the development of marketing communications tactics. This may include developing creative briefs, production schedules, and budget estimates.
Provide health literacy and clear communication expertise and reviews.
Works with Legal, Compliance, Privacy and others to ensure compliance with policies, standards and laws.
Builds relationships with internal business partners to gain better understanding of business and customer needs.
Is a passionate representative of, and advocate for, our customers.
