Marketing Communications Specialist

This position supports the Associate Director, Promotion & Brand Support (PBS) in delivering integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns for global brands that include several high profile franchise launches as well as a broad array of other products across species.

The Promotion & Brand Support team works together with global Product Introduction Teams/Brand Teams, Digital Marketing Services and AH Communications to prepare marketing campaigns for global brands. It supports the development and global alignment of product and service brands. Furthermore, it will facilitates sharing of local communications initiatives where these are aligned with global BU strategy.

Support PBS associate directors in working with agencies to prepare integrated communications campaigns (both on- and off-line). It includes preparing marketing campaign assets for global brands, working with internal and external teams to help execute globally supported digital campaigns, and ensure global compliance to brand and packaging guidelines.

Manage projects to ensure all campaigns are prepared within budgets and on time.

Support the BU in ensuring all communications channels are aligned with global BU strategy.

Work with SBS (events, creative studio), PLMC (packaging) and other global departments which create product/service branded materials, to ensure that
a) our brand identities are correctly implemented in the materials they create,
b) messaging is aligned with current marketing activities,
c) content (images, text, video) is available as needed to support success of the activity.

Ensure awareness by local colleagues of standards and systems that facilitate the sharing of communications materials
