The Marketing Communications role is responsible for delivering outstanding results to the organisation and its markets through the efficient coordination of all external communications and marketing campaigns.
Reporting directly to the Group Head of Marketing, you will work closely and collaboratively with the business units to deliver campaigns that are aligned to, and push them toward, their growth objectives. This role is integral to the day-to-day success of the business, and will require a confident communicator who enjoys building stakeholder relationships.
You will be a proactive, confident person who enjoys working in both a busy team environment and autonomously when required.
Campaign Development: Create and execute external communications and marketing campaigns, focused around the company-wide brand, individual service lines and specific sectors in which they operate.
Demand Generation: Develop, coordinate and implement bespoke marketing and thought leadership campaigns for the individual business units to achieve increased sales and revenue.
Sales Enablement: Provision and copywriting of sales enabling collateral such as thought leadership articles, whitepapers, fact sheets and presentations for campaigns, meetings and events.
Event Coordination of planned campaigns (e.g. boardroom breakfasts, executive round table lunches) as well as developing relationships with key organisation to increase speaking and conference opportunities, and the support for all internal stakeholders holding and attending such events.
Market Intelligence: Compile specific market research from attainable online sources for use in developing marketing campaigns and competitive analyses; Research and coordination of market intelligence initiatives across the company and business units to ensure sustainable growth in both current sectors as well as new ones.
Media Relations: Development and nurturing of relevant media relationships and the coordination of valuable information to these contacts through research, excellent internal stakeholder relationships and first class written communications. Ability to write press releases and highly quality editorial is an advantage.
