We are looking for a seasoned Marketing Communications specialist to join the Partner Business Development team in the role of Ecosystem Marcomms Manager.
The Ecosystem Marcomms Manager will play a pivotal role in the team by leading the execution of our local messaging and content strategy through the UK Partner Network digital programmes across communications, engagement and acquisition.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven ownership of communication strategies to hit specific commercial goals on behalf of diverse partner groups, products and programme needs
- Needs to be passionate about delivering compelling integrated marketing communications campaigns and always on programmes, with a strong focus on building both best practice content strategies targeting our Partner audiences as well as bringing data and insights driven skills to optimise comms and engagement performance.
- Has proven experience in managing a broad set of stakeholders - across both local and Corporate teams - to become the subject matter expert of where we can invest in leveraging and aligning with core digital comms capabilities from Corporate teams (relationship + nurture marketing) versus investing in building out our local content and comms strategy
- Need to get excited about modern marketing capabilities like marketing automation and unlocking new opportunities when data and technology converge.

Core areas of Impact
- All up ownership of “To Partner” Marcomms strategy - develops the content strategy across ecosystem, skills/enablement and activation goals and then develops a messaging strategy to support that with prioritisation, measurement and compelling content integrated into the plan.

- Management of local stakeholders (e.g. Partner Channel Marketing Managers, Business Group teams, Partner Sales Teams) to ensure buy in to comms/engagement plan – leading regular v-team updates on content performance and delivering action orientated insights to help identify how we can improve.

- Working with Digital & Ecosystems Lead to build core journeys (from start to outcome based end point) through comms (email/social) and MPN portal (Corp + Local pages) which are aligned to key PBD marketing priorities e.g. partner engagement and recruit

- Develop compelling, elegant and action oriented communications using diverse stakeholder and peer group to source original content and then turn that into impactful communications – from a tweet to a long form article.

- Ensures all digital comms are properly set up in our systems and tools for tracking and reporting back ROI/Outcomes.

Experience required
- Proven B2B digital Marketing Communications experience, preferably in technology marketing
- Demonstrable leadership of communication strategy for a technology business, partner or other B2B type business and how that impacted in commercial outcomes such as sales, acquisition or retention
- Proven skills and experience in owning, leading and running editorial/content strategy plan across a matrix of key stakeholders
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills: proven cross-group collaboration and enduring partnerships
- Strong executive maturity, presence and track record of marketing impact and influence
- Proven experience in leading v-teams and influencing peers/stakeholder management
- Strong analytical capabilities
