Our clients in Boston have long term freelance needs for Marketing Communications Specialists with experience and verifiable success, specifically for the financial services industry.

• Partner closely with others on the team to develop and distribute company communication pieces.
• Educate and consult a variety of internal business partners about their needs communications based on communication guidelines and brand commitments.
• Serve as the internal communication point person during program implementations and effectively communicate program roll-out plans to those affected
• Develop key messaging in coordination with other functional areas of the company for employees. Engage business partners in successful implementation of leadership and employee communications plans
• Leverage enterprise wide processes and framework for communication to add maximum value for the business and the company
• Build relationships with key internal partners and integrate work in a highly matrixed environment
• Conduct research and evaluation of effectiveness of communication vehicles, making changes based on feedback
