Marketing Communications Specialist

AQUENT is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist who is persuasive, collaborative and excels in delivering best-in-class customer communications!


In this role you will:
• Lead internal creative teams (including writers and designers) to deliver brand-defining communications across numerous bank channels, specifically direct mail and email
• Guide copy development and approvals of marketing and servicing communications to help support strategic initiatives
• Operate effectively in an agile, pod-like environment and effectively reconcile feedback from key stakeholders, including business leads and legal and compliance
• Partner with Change Management business managers to determine strategy and copy direction for multi-channel, multi-segment messaging streams
• Coordinate across functions to deliver on specific Brand and business objectives – including Brand fame, customer love and long-term customer profitability
• Leverage consumer insights, reports/analytics and industry best practices to influence Brand communication strategies and drive innovation
• Be a thought leader and develop innovative, new ways to engage with our Customers and be their advocates Skills and abilities:

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Marketing or Communications; Or Military experience
• 1+ years of experience in consumer marketing or communications
• 1+ years of experience executing marketing communications campaigns
• Persuasive, strong communicator both orally and in writing

Preferred Qualifications:
• Ability to multitask and juggle simultaneous projects
• Exposure to customer targeted marketing or a customer experience focused role
• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams, work autonomously and navigate ambiguity
