Marketing Communications Specialist

One of our valued clients in the Energy industry is seeking a Marketing Specialist for a 4-6 month (potential for extension) temporary role onsite in their Raleigh office.
Marketing Specialist supports business and marketing objectives to generate demand and build brand awareness for key offer launches. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Develop & design internal Marketing Portal for sharing key information with sales (will reside on existing corporate intranet)  Populate new partner portal with key information and content  Content Collaboration-- working closely with subject matter experts such as product and segment managers to identify key content for partner & sales portals  Global web page migration project management—working with local subject matter experts to review and localize global web pages, make updates as needed to content, facilitate requests with web team for implementation  Supports development and delivery of sales and distributor communications via established communication channels  Ad hoc support of marketing activities including:  Collateral & Asset development  Social Media  Event Execution  Channel Marketing Support EDUCATION:  Bachelor degree from business school (or other similar Marketing education) SKILLS & ABILITIES:  Digitally Savvy- experience with building web building pages  Content database knowledge preferred  Strong verbal and written communication skills  Strong inter-personal and influence skills  Ability to work independently and adapt in an ever-changing work environment  High degree of initiative and pro-active approach  Team Player and collaborator  Well-organized and detail-oriented  Passionate about on-going learning  Proficient in Microsoft Office programs including but not limited to, Word, Excel & PPT
