Our client is a Fortune-500 pharmaceuticals and consumer products industry leader with global reach with office in Fort Worth, TX. We are seeking an experienced Marketing Communications Project Manager to join their busy, growing team on a long term contract basis. Responsible for the daily management of all advertising and promotional projects, facilitation of the Promotional Review Committee process, and serve as the liaison between product/brand teams and agency/vendors for respective brands
Major Accountabilities
• Project Management
o Demonstrate strong project management skills in support of the global marketing plans and
o Manage the execution and production of high quality advertising and promotional materials.
This involves reviewing content for accuracy, compliance, and visual appeal in support of brand
o Be involved with all promotional projects from inception to completion o Serve as liaison between product/brand teams and agency/vendors
o Complete all projects on time and within budget
o Monitor budget spend for brand teams
• Compliance
o Ensure a thorough understanding of compliance guidelines for all promotional materials
o Act as a consultant and advocate for the Promotional Review Committee process for respective
brand teams
o Follow all procedures and route all materials to ensure 100% compliance.
• Be a Brand Steward
o Provide strategic insight to the global and U.S. marketing teams in development of advertising
and promotional projects
o Strive to add value through innovative ideas, cost savings and overall knowledge of marketing
plans and tactics
Job Requirements (required education, experience level, and competency profile)
Education: BBA with emphasis in marketing, advertising or communications
Languages: English

Experience: 4‐6 years experience in marketing communications, direct sales, marketing and/or project management
Preferred: 2 or more years of direct sales, marketing or project management experience
Competency/Technical Skills:
• Excellent communication skills ‐

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to secure cooperation with internal and external customers to meet
• Ability to work effectively with varying personality types including multi‐functional areas such as Regulatory
Affairs, R&D, and external vendors/partners
