Marketing Communications Manager

We are seeking a talented Marketing Communications Manager to join our client’s Fortune 500 organization. This key role will work to communicate the differentiated value proposition (B2B and B2C) to drive their commercial business.
Working in close partnership with the Marketing Lead, local team and cross-enterprise partners, you will lead and support key campaigns, programs and initiatives to achieve growth objectives.

You will have the ability to be creative, apply personal initiative in the development of high quality communication and program strategies. Your experience has allowed you to maintain strong internal and external client relations, manage the flow of incoming work with aggressive deadlines effectively and efficiently, and oversee budget plans while keeping an eye on ROI tracking/reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage insights and market research to shape and refine the core sales story / value proposition. You will focus on: messaging, B2B sales materials, B2C toolkit, media campaigns, partnering with local team for cross-sell messaging opportunities, internal warehousing of materials and version control.

Serve as Product Liaison - collaborate with product team on product management and documents, lead/coordinate product training activities, reporting, etc.

Partner with the local team and corporate Centers of Excellence. Lead development of new and enhance existing marketing programs designed to drive new and retain existing business.

Support sales lead/team in distribution effectiveness initiatives, as needed.

Provide localized Marketing Communications and Brand support, as needed.

Oversee ongoing reporting and ROI measurement.

Budget tracking and management.
