Marketing Communications Manager

Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategic development, tactical implementation and maintenance of all Marketing Communications initiatives as it relates to the promotion of products and services for a specific line of business. They own the primary relationship with our internal clients and are responsible for the integration among partnering communication departments. • Liaise with, and act as the link between, assigned departments and the marketing communications organization by maintaining regular contact with both, ensuring that communication flows effectively • Serve as consultant to the business in recommending new and best practices to continually improve campaign performance • Develop a portfolio of campaigns for the assigned department based on annual and / or quarterly Market Plans or Communications Plans • Brief media, creative and research staff, and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies for assigned departments • Negotiate with assigned department and marketing.
communications staff about the details of campaigns • Get success metrics / desired outcomes from assigned department to allow measurement of campaign effectiveness • Work collaboratively with creative, copy, operations/traffic, marketing, and other enterprise teams on implementing campaigns • Coordinate with traffic department to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks • Present creative work with creative leads to the business for approval or modification • Manage assigned campaign budgets and costs; and ensure appropriate charging • Use technology tools to manage campaigns and deliver performance metrics.

Required: • BA in Marketing/Communications and/or equivalent work experience • Five+ years of advertising agency or corporate marketing experience • Experience with using technology to manage workflow • Relationship/account management experience • Experience in taking new products to market • Ability to work independently and/or a part of team, quickly and creatively, under tight deadlines • Consulting skills to provide technical and creative advice to clients using industry best practices • Ability to coordinate work and projects with designers, copywriters • Adheres to copyright company brand guidelines. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Excellent project management skills • Commitment to producing error-free, superior quality work.
