Marketing Communications Manager

The Marketing Communications Manager is accountable and responsible for developing and managing marketing programs to support the growth goals of this Health Management company, including managing content development, marketing materials, product launches, external and internal communications, and event coordination. Engages with the Marketing Communications team in the development, enhancement, and/or launch of a wide range of marketing communications materials and ad-hoc requests for web, email, print, and other media, including campaign material, promotional material, proposals, presentations, tradeshows and corporate communications; while promoting calibration to branding guidelines, visual identity, and imaging. Works collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams.


➢ Develop and execute marketing programs and write marketing material to support product launches, lead generation and client communications, including internal launches to educate sales/client management on program benefits and related sales tools.
➢ Develop marketing materials in collaboration with other departments for the purpose of promoting the company, and increasing industry and client awareness.
➢ Manage and execute sales and client management marketing requests that support current client relationships and prospect development, including PowerPoint presentations, program fact sheets, and case studies.
➢ Write marketing collateral (web, email, print, and other media).
➢ Deliver on short-term client and business requests, while planning for long-term business objectives and remaining consistent with that approach.
➢ Perform other duties as requested to support the work of the Marketing Communications team.


➢ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
➢ 5+ years of marketing experience required, with evidence of marketing/communications plans implemented, preferably in the healthcare industry
➢ Self-starter with ability to work with minimum supervision
➢ Excellent project management skills and ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
➢ Strong writing skills
➢ Effective collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
➢ Flexibility to work some evening and weekend hours, when essential to meet deadlines or in accordance with key projects


➢ Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook, Adobe and PowerPoint
➢ Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers both verbally and in writing
➢ Familiarity with various Social Media platforms is a plus


➢ Displays a “can do” attitude and focus on team work
➢ Detail oriented, with strong written and verbal communication skills
➢ Ability to manage projects and cross-functional internal teams
➢ Strong writing/editing experience with the following: sales literature and white papers, corporate communication materials, email campaigns, ghostwriting for Executives, and presentations
