Join our exciting team as a Marketing Communications Manager. We are looking for an ambitious, creative, self-starter with a history of telling great stories to a broad audience of executives, media and analysts.


In this role, you will establish our audience specific stories and ensure that we are leveraging all our communication channels effectively for their distribution. Primary to the role is working with our PR agency on a daily basis to ensure we are investing in the best programs to drive awareness and business growth.

Content Creation will be an important part of this position. The candidate should be comfortable gathering requirements, creating briefs that communicate our brand attributes, and working towards a deadline with our vendors or individually.

A typical day might find you:

• Coaching VP’s, Directors, mid-level managers, product managers to achieve/influence best communication strategy and execution to drive change
• Driving implementation of PR programs.
• Leading major projects and day-to-day administration with little direct supervision.
• Developing major press campaign plans and yearlong media interaction guidelines.
• Developing media messaging guidelines and providing direction
• Manages PR firms on daily activities, major campaigns, projects and budgets.
• Measuring and analyzing effectiveness of projects and campaigns.
• Initiating and maintaining positive, productive relationships with key media and industry analysts.
• Commissioning a report/white paper from an analyst house or independent consulting agency.
• Working with our vendors to create marketing collateral or sales support kits.

Your Talents:

• B2B technology marketing backgrounds and a strong sense of both business and branding preferred
• Bachelors degree – preference communications, business or marketing
• Minimum of two years working in marketing or corporate communications
• Bias-for-action that drives execution and delivers results
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills – informal & formal
• Track record of team collaboration and cross-functional work
• Experience working with outside PR agency/vendors
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders (media, analysts, employees)
