Chronic Care Products

The Global Marketing Communications Manager reports into the Director Brand Communication within Global Marketing Services

Support the Global Product Managers in Chronic Care Product Management Group in developing, establishing and maintaining marketing strategies and marketing communications campaigns to meet the organizational objectives for the Business Unit.
Effectively coordinate the agreed marketing activities with Corporate Communication, Global Product Managers and In Market Marketing Managers.
The Global Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for establishing Marketing Excellence and providing strategic marketing support to the respective SBU´s.

Major Functions:
• Drive global positioning and messaging for new Chronic Care products as part of new product launches or rebrands, understand customer needs, barriers and how to overcome these barriers with the adequate messaging and tools to deliver the messages.
• Support Business Unit Global Product Managers to develop launch plans for new products based on the overall strategy and business objectives, as well as develop Sales Tool Kits to support the commercialization of the new products in the launch markets.
• Develop integrated global marketing campaigns (Diabetes) for key products based on Global Product Marketing Plans, ensure positioning is best describing the the company offering and messaging is developed to meet target audiences needs on a global level.
• Develop Brand Keys for new the company Products
• Provide guidance to the top local countries in the development and implementation of country marketing plans

Monitor, review and report the productivity of the key initiatives driven by Global Marketing Services related to the marketing plans
Liaison with PR, Media department within Corporate Communications
Be an active counterpart for the Global Product Manager´s in driving Rebranding projects of new acquired products
Provide support in developing product banners and top story banners on the the company website or product microsites in liaison with the the company Web-team and the BU, in compliance with Marketing SOP´s.
Liaise with the Global Web-team so that the Chronic Care products are best supported on the corporate company website.

Fully Integrated Marketing Communications Experience
Digital Marketing Experience
Market Background in the Healthcare industry, ideally Cardiology/Diabetes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Formal presentation skills

Education & Experience
Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
Experience in developing and supporting product launches and marketing campaigns
Experience in dealing with marketing communication agencies
Relevant product and industry knowledge, ideally Cardiology/Diabetes
Experience with relevant software applications
Experience in related functions preferably in medical marketing (consumer or professional)
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with success in promoting corporate image.
