Marketing Communications Lead - BtoC Marketing

Our healthcare client has an immediate need for at Marketing Communications Lead B-to-C. We are looking for an experienced Marketing Professional to join their Premier Accounts Marketing team in our client's San Francisco corporate headquarters. Premier Accounts represent their largest clients who receive custom marketing support. The Marketing Communications Lead B-to-C develops communication and programs to support our sales team, employer groups and their members. We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional who is a go-getter, creative, and is passionate about health care and marketing.

This is an exciting opportunity to own marketing projects from end to end. The individual will be responsible for retention marketing activities, including strategy, tactical planning, crafting messaging and creative execution. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, and the ability to be customer focused in all you do is critical.

The role reports to the Manager, Premier Accounts Marketing Retention and works closely with Premier Accounts Account Management.

Responsibilities:
• Primary marketing point of contact for assigned book of business of select clients.
• Independently develops measurable marketing communication strategies and communication plans for assigned clients aimed at retaining membership and driving in-group growth.
• Consults and works across internal and external teams to strategize, plan, and ensure execution of a variety of marketing strategies and programs that may involve traditional, digital, new and emerging mediums, in support of membership goals.
• Strong Project Management skills required to manage each clients annual plan and deliverables.
• Ability to work with all levels within the organization including senior management.
• Responsible for end to end marketing plan development and implementation including creative messaging, positioning, tactics, execution to deliver on retention and growth goals.
• Develop, track, maintain, and drive project timelines and strive to keep internal teams (creative, subject matter experts, legal) and clients on task.
• Develop and implement programs to drive member engagement to improve loyalty and help them to engage in their healthcare.
• Analyzes results from marketing initiatives, campaigns; shares findings with account management, management, team members and clients; and recommends actions based on findings.
• Manages projects within budgets and on time for assigned booked of business.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as demonstrated by developing and maintaining strong working relationships with account management teams and clients.
• May provide direction to junior level marketing employees.

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills - verbal, written and presentation.
• Positive attitude; functions as a team player and can work independently.

• Knowledge and experience of Health Insurance is mandatory.
• Produce positive results in a high-pressure environment.

• Recognize areas to increase efficiency and contribute solutions.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and decision makers.
• Track record of excellent partnering, collaboration, and influencing across corporate functions.
