Marketing Communications Coordinator

We’re looking for a hands-on marking communications coordinator for our client that speciailizes in PR and advertising events. This is a full time, temp to perm role on site in Wellseley Hills, MA.
This role would provide support for the company’s marketing initiatives including collateral, advertising, events, PR, and lead generation initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting marketing efforts and promotional activities that meet strategic and tactical marketing program goals
• Ensuring that corporate branding guidelines are established and met across all marketing materials
• Maintaining an asset library of marketing and internal collateral
• Working with marketing team and other staff members to assure currency and consistency of sales tools, collateral, slideware, website content, etc.
• Providing project management support for advertising, PR and social media activities as needed
• Keeping marketing calendars and budgets up to date

You will be part of a growing team that is highly collaborative and that subscribes to an agile marketing model. While we have a fast pace work environment, we also like to wind down on Friday afternoons and relax as well!

Skills and Experience
• BS degree in communications or related field
• Experience in marketing communications
• Excellent written, proofing and verbal communications skills
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and communication skills
• Must be detail orientated, organized, and able to manage and balance multiple tasks
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Experience in trade show/sales events logistics and marketing
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Huge Plus:
Knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, WordPress, Salesforce a plus.
