Aquent is looking for a Marketing Coordinator for a long-term contract opportunity!

Under the direction of the Manager – Sales Operations Corporate Accounts - Worldwide, this position is responsible for delivering a consistent brand message of Corporate Accounts Worldwide hospitality products. Supporting Hospitality channel marketing efforts. Coordinating plumbing shows for Hospitality. Coordinating advertising and selling aids for Corporate Accounts Worldwide. Coordinating internal communications between Sales, Marketing, and other related departments.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Help deliver a consistent brand message of Client plumbing products
Determine updates to existing literature with Marketing and Communications personnel based on new introductions, discontinuations and changes to existing products.
Coordinate the production, print, and fulfillment of supplements and selling aids.
Meet with Product Marketing and Channel Marketing often for combined and consistent product information messages.
Prepare marketing presentations as necessary for Corporate Accounts Management Team.
Coordinate the print and fulfillment of Sales News and Distributor News.
2. Support Sales, Channel Marketing, and Product Marketing efforts
Assist Sales and Channel Marketing groups with training, presentations, webinars, and project rollout supplements.
Assist with product samples and mock-up room coordination.
Provide assistance with project quotes and communicate prices for project SKUs.
Participate in necessary Communications / Marketing meetings to keep abreast of new introductions and their launches.
Assist Sales teams with planning, presentations, agendas, etc as needed for global sales meetings.
3. Coordinate plumbing shows and for Hospitality
Document the product to be displayed in booth and coordinate with Product Marketing, Channel Marketing, and Communications groups.
Review signage for displayed plumbing products and the s that support hospitality.
Create required material packages for hospitality tradeshows or events internal attendees (price list of displayed products, availability dates for new introductions, booth map, tips for engaging show attendees and Feature & Benefits pages which are provided by co-worker).
Plan and or coordinate customer, designer, owner events at tradeshows.
4. Help coordinate internal communications between marketing, sales, and other related departments
Aid the Training Specialist in the internal communication and distribution of training material.
Develop, and execute, a consistent flow of key information from the Channel and Product marketing teams to other internal departments.
