Marketing Communications Consultant-

Must have strong change management writing experience!! Must be able to work hand in hand with the Operations team in managing change within a global organization and able to communicate complex info to internal employees.

The person will help drive change management of a new program – they will execute the communication plan. Good writing/research experience
Will be build awareness and understanding, provide business updates, write for a variety of mediums (letters,audio training, memos)
Target audience varies from front line associates to senior executive leadership.


Creates, implements and tracks communications programs in support of transformational change. Develops key messages, communications targets, media and vehicles. Researches and develops content for publication. Prepares presentations, training, and/or speeches geared towards a variety of stakeholder groups - including senior executives and front-line associates. Interacts with the extended change management team as a lead provider of the information, tools and support that will drive transformational change. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Strong writing, editing, Microsoft Powerpoint skills a must. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

This is supporting internal communications within global technology and operations. The change management team has a new initiative to simplify correspondence and internal communications and the new processes being implemented. Insurance/financial experience not necessary.
