Marketing Communications Campaign Manager

One of Aquent's valued energy clients is seeking a Marketing Communications Campaign Manager. The marketing department is responsible for the planning, development and execution of marketing activities and support materials that drive participation in energy-efficiency, demand response and dynamic pricing programs, as well as adoption of long-term energy management behaviors.

Overview of the role:
Responsible for the creative development, implementation and ongoing support of customer marketing initiatives. This role will work closely with Marketing Strategy Managers and trusted creative agencies in the identification of product and/or program messages, target markets, tactical plans and provide the necessary strategic creative support to achieve the product and/or program goals. Responsible for writing and executing on creative briefs in partnership with advertising agencies and other external vendors to manage, design, and execute multi-channel communications including advertising, web/digital and owned asset advertising. Provide Marketing Strategy with campaign performance metrics and continually re-evaluate campaign performance to optimize metrics. Provide communications consulting, strategy development and implementation services to assigned internal clients. Manage day-to-day aspects of projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, design or related discipline. A minimum of 5-7 years experience in a creative marketing role in a corporate environment and/or creative/advertising agency executing multi-channel marketing communications campaigns. Experience using qualitative and quantitative consumer research to drive communications strategies. Excellent project management skills; ability to manage multiple projects of moderate to complex scope. Excellent communications skills; demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with business leaders/internal clients, agencies and tailor messages appropriate to target audience. Solid judgment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
