Marketing Communications Associate

Duties:
Responsible for the daily management of all advertising and promotional projects, facilitation of the Promotional Review Committee process, and serve as the liaison between product/brand teams and agency/vendors for respective brands

Brand Support:
Strive to add value through innovative ideas, cost savings and overall knowledge of marketing plans and tactics
Partner and support brand teams on the development of advertising and promotional projects
Manage the execution and production of high quality advertising and promotional materials. This involves reviewing content for accuracy, compliance, and visual appeal in support of brand objectives
Be involved in all tactical discussions related to promotional projects
Serve as liaison between product/brand teams and agency/vendors
Complete all projects on time and within budget
Monitor budget spend for brand teams

Compliance:
Ensure a thorough understanding of compliance guidelines for all promotional materials
Follow all procedures and route all materials to ensure 100% compliance

Other:
Excellent communication skills ‐ written and oral
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to secure cooperation with internal and external customers to meet objectives
Ability to work effectively with varying personality types including multi‐functional areas such as Regulatory Affairs, R&D, and external vendors/partners
High degree of professionalism required
Problem solving and analysis skills critical
Strong decision making skills
Superior organization, planning and time management skills essential
Ability to adhere to and follow established processes.
