Main Purpose:

Coordinates all company marketing assets and tradeshow activities; joint marketing campaigns; assumes active role in all corporate marketing activities.


Responsibilities:
1.0 Tradeshow/Event Coordination
1.1 Researches potential shows; develops tradeshow calendar of approved shows; maintains, updates and distributes calendar to sales and management; updates events calendar on web site homepage
1.2 Coordinates tradeshows, webinars and other events
1.3 Completes and submits all required paperwork and check requests within deadline periods to obtain pre-show discounts
1.4 Researches options for new exhibit configurations and graphics
1.5 Co-ordinates the sales and technical booth staffing of each show
1.6 Ships appropriate exhibit, graphics and marketing materials to each show
1.7 Sends follow-up letters and literature to lead candidates after each show

2.0 Marketing Communications
2.1 Coordinates with the Marketing Associate and Director of Marketing on all campaigns and programs that are managed through the Eloqua system
2.2 Responsible for becoming certified with the Eloqua process
2.3 Manages and creates marketing assets including website content, campaign content such as e-blasts, white papers, success stories, videos, and webinars, other digital assets
2.4 Research and make recommendations for best practice initiatives based on Eloqua community
2.5 Creates process to maintain up to date marketing assets and collateral
2.6 Assists in creating strategy in joint campaigns with partners and project managers
2.7 Distributes new marketing materials to Sales
2.8 Assists Director of Marketing as needed.

Knowledge and Skills
Excellent telephone and communication skills; positive, friendly manner; exceptional attention to detail; knowledge of database marketing and CRM packages; strong computer skills including efficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software tools.

Education And or Experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a technology-related marketing organization; a Bachelor’s degree in communications/marketing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
