My client is looking for someone who has at least 2 years PR and/or Advertising experience, is super-smart with a hungry personality and will manage and help support the development of an exciting range of advertising, public relations and other consumer-focused programs for a world-class brand.

DUTIES:
• Participate in all aspects of the creation and implementation of the company’s consumer advertising and public relations programs, from concept development through production, deployment and post-analysis reporting.
• Lead dealer-customized TV advertising program from conception to completion, including defining program parameters and dealer participation guidelines, soliciting and tracking dealer orders, working with agency to customize commercials and securing dealer approvals.
• Manage local market dealer tag-ad offering initiated by HD fabrication, including evaluating media choices and negotiating for best prices, positioning and merchandising, and developing appropriate promotional creative in concert with internal creative and promotion teams.
• Identify, evaluate and make recommendations for industry award programs worthy of our participation. Collaborate with internal teams and PR agency in crafting submissions and publicizing wins.
• Serve as team communication representative with internal stakeholders to source new news and content to be leveraged across PR, social media and other marketing disciplines.
• Assist in the development of overarching consumer messaging approaches for key company initiatives, and partner with other marketing team members to ensure corresponding marketing messages are implemented in a consistent and high-impact fashion.
• Work directly with vendors, agencies and media partners to facilitate needs relating to all media schedules, including insertion orders, trafficking instructions, tracking codes, material releases, ad positioning confirmation, etc. Maintain a current calendar of advertising activities.
• Track competitive consumer advertising and inter-related marketing activities and prepare quarterly summary for management review.
• Manage budgets across all programs, including tracking spend against approved estimates and flagging potential overages.
• Assist with other marketing programs as needed.
