Marketing Communications Advisor (Marketing Communications PM)

Our client's global, internal B2B creative agency is growing. We are seeking a strong, detail-oriented project manager to manage executive sales communications and cross-team projects in our client's Eden Prairie, MN office. The PM will partner day-to-day with internal team, clients, designers and copywriters managing creative development process for sales communications from creative brief to close. 

In addition, this role will help the team manage cross-workstream innovation projects to further capabilities and experiences for our audiences. The scope of the project work includes integrated marketing with a focus on next gen creative, Eloqua email automation and sales communication vehicles. Candidate must be detailed and process-oriented, digitally savvy, have strong communication skills, enjoy managing multiple assignments at one time and experience managing creative development with cross-team stakeholder input. 

Specific responsibilities include:

• Ensure creative and messaging supports objectives and plan 
• Ensure creative is aligned to brand and creative platform 
• Ensure creative in production is aligned to concepts 
• Manage creative reviews 
• Manage schedule to deliver quality, cutting-edge work on time 
• Capture and summarize creative development input from stakeholders 
• Provide recommendations to stakeholders across the organization 
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and develop process and documentation, partnering with other teams

 

Projects include:

• Management of a key sales communications by our executive team

• Help with streamlining innovation projects for the team and assisting workstream leads

• Maintain various databases (SharePoint, time tracking, internal databases, etc.)

• Contribute to plans for merchandising creative output

• Develop PowerPoint slides using formatted templates

• Proofread assets

• Track metrics; creating quarterly and annual measurement reports

• Project management for various marketing projects

• Drive sales and executive insights across the team

• Capture meeting notes and action items

• Other general team support
