The Senior Marketing Communications Advisor is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing strategic projects for marketing communications, advertising, and promotional programs for consumer products and services. The successful candidate is responsible for assisting the execution of the Consumer strategy and plan including the execution of current in-market offline communications including Print, Flyers, TV and Direct Mail vehicles.

Specific Accountabilities Include:

-Work closely with Senior Manager to identify key messages and initiatives that satisfy
customer segment and brand driven goals.

-Write briefs and deliver presentations to regional creative team for all new offline
marketing initiatives and for any changes to existing creative templates.

-Work with Global counterparts to ensure creative is on brief and meets local needs.

-Develop list of cycle communications assets for all Canada communications working
closely with Planning and Media teams

-Coordinate with the media planner, the merchandising team and vehicle leads for
ongoing development and coordination of promotional/messaging roadmaps

-Plan and strategize on vehicle and creative improvements across communications
vehicles

-Lead partner activation for offline vehicles working closely with partner marketing team to
meet goals each cycle; Develop pitches for incremental funding

-Work with merchandising team to adjust Go-to-Market (GTM) plan to hit in-quarter
financial objectives

-Conduct and coordinate campaign analysis and present conclusions to broader team

-Be the key point of contact and liaison between US and Canada Marketing teams

-Facilitate timely transfer of globally driven information and strategies to Dell Canada
team members. Drive alignment with global and US creative design.

-Development and ongoing maintenance/updating of messaging roadmaps
