Marketing Communications Account Specialist

Our client, a major Healthcare company, is in need of a Marketing Project Manager for a 4-month contract. In this role, you will work closely with in-house marketing and creative staffs to ensure that various types of marketing communications are created, produced and distributed in a timely manner. You will be supporting a specific Business initiative and have an organizing role in terms of creating marketing collateral and campaigns for customers, understanding current use and need, and finally executing on recommended approaches. This role will focus on managing a large number of projects, trafficking work, managing versions and collaborating with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of integrated communication plans and development of marketing communications that provide compelling reasons for customers to keep this company top of mind. Work closely with key matrix partners to bring forth differentiating market messages in multiple formats.
• Work in close partnership with Creative partners to deliver on business needs: Oversee the development of communications, hold kick-offs and manage production schedules and budget estimates.
•Develop timeline for assessment and execution of projects. Track and report estimated vs. actual costs. Track schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Continually generate ideas and opportunities to innovate, which can include process, media, tactics, and other ideas intended to improve this company's competitive position in marketing communications.
• Provide editing/review support to ensure consistency of messaging.
• Secure final sign-offs from subject matter experts, project owners and compliance/legal team. Seek consultation, when needed, with internal and external partners/vendors to inform the project team and the client with information needed to make decisions on project direction.
• Measure effectiveness of current communication strategies and tactics and recommend change, as needed, to properly support the client.
• Partner with Brand to ensure consistency of voice across business advertising/communications and leverage Brand campaigns to support business goals.
