Marketing Communications Account Coordinator

The Marketing Strategy Team is seeking a consumer Marketing Communications Account Coordinator to assist with the creation of affinity and retail marketing materials and events implementation. The Marketing Consultant will be accountable for developing marketing materials, and working collaboratively across the enterprise and with key affinity and retail partners. Key responsibilities will include coordinating the creation and flow of event materials and as well as staffing events.

The Marketing Communications Account Manager will also manage key elements of the marketing plan for both traditional and non-traditional channels, including digital, direct mail, PR, and events.

Due to the nature and timing of events, a non-standard work schedule may apply during peak enrollment season.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage programs and events including costs, budgets, materials and staffing.
- Be onsite at at least 10% of events to ensure smooth operation.
- Assist with the management of creative process from campaign development to message and creative concepts, creation of specific assets (e.g., direct mail pieces, statement stuffers, member letters) and ultimately launch events.
- Coordinate all internal and external reviews (brand/legal/compliance, plus regulatory bodies).
- Collaborate with internal business partners and key stakeholders - primarily product, member experience, operations and distribution - to ensure strategies and tactics are leveraged and that milestones and calendars are in synch.
- Develop mechanisms for capturing response and measuring effectiveness of programs; create management reports to convey results.
-Track event materials and flow of on-site components from one event to the next. - Order additional or replacement items as needed.
- Always have an eye to efficiencies and constant improvement.
-Incorporate testing opportunities (e.g., message, media and member target) wherever possible in all marketing media to ensure optimization of the marketing spend and retention funnel.
- Report on event progress, additional needs and successes or learnings.
