This position is primarily responsible for managing our Agency management program across three lines of business.

Additional areas of responsibility include proactively identifying opportunities for potential cost savings and process efficiencies; managing the development of brand identity standards; and driving improved performance in Agency briefing practices.

The position includes, but is not limited to:
Agency Management:
Initiate and develop policies and procedures to drive best in class agency relations practices.
Manages and implements all agency management policies, compensations program, performance evaluation and scorecards for 22 agencies across three Lines of Business.

Principal liaison to client for development of agency Master Agreements, Letter of Authorizations and overall Scope of Work,
Manages the on boarding of all new agencies including management of RFPs.

Manages all tracking and metrics related to program performance, and creation of professional presentations in PowerPoint and Excel to report results to senior management.

Perform regularly scheduled meetings with advertising agency vendors to identify and document needs/opportunities for improvement and assisting in driving action plans.

Coordinates annual calendar and events for agencies including annual planning process, Agency Summits, Quarterly Reviews and Performances Evaluation Readouts.

Manages and directs all Lines of Business in terms of policy, compensation plans, programs and policies.

Process Efficiency:
· Proactively identify areas of opportunity, such as general production processes, studio operations, talent management, photography, Ad distribution and other initiatives to drive cost out of the business and implementation of process efficiencies.

· Define MarCom and Agency internal and external collaboration processes.

· Develops and directs the implementation of practices for internal client and agency briefing.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
· Experience: 5-7 years of marketing experience
· 5-7 years Agency Management and/or experience working at an Agency
· Ability to report on and analyze industry trending
· Proven development and delivery of executive communication via Excel, Access and PowerPoint
· Ability to work independently, efficiently and effectively under extreme time constraints and deliver results by critical deadlines
· Shows initiative, anticipates and prepares for upcoming situations, takes advantage of opportunities, acts quickly and decisively, addresses issues before they become problems
· PC and Mac based experience

· Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
