This SMB Customer Solutions and Innovations team sits within the Global SMB Sales & Operations organization at this top tech company. Their mission is to grow global product business by shaping product direction, launching new products to market, empowering our sales teams with impactful resources, and capturing and channeling customer feedback to product.

As a Global SMB Solutions Go To Market Lead you will work on our product solutions team that focuses on deploying performance product solution strategy and initiatives, including: identifying opportunities through data analysis, building consensus with stakeholders, program managing cross-functional teams in an effort to drive SMB advertiser success and revenue growth, and creating product and solution narratives to enable sales teams to win business. Responsibilities of this role specifically focus on developing SMB-customized product and solution positioning and sales enablement materials.

Responsibilities:
-Develop SMB product and solution go to market materials, including SMB positioning/narratives and corresponding polished sales collateral for use by our global Sales teams.
-Work cross functionally with other Sales team counterparts and stakeholders across Google to adapt solution-related materials and strategy for the SMB organization and customer base.
-Conduct needs analysis for across SMB organization and curate sales enablement resources, drive distribution process, and tracking/measurement approach to understand reach.

Required Skills:
-BA/BA Degree - preferred in Marketing/Communications/English
-1-2 years experience in sales or marketing role
-Google slides (powerpoint experience acceptable)
-1-2 years experience with AdWords
-Strong oral, written, and verbal communication skills

Nice to have:
-Proven experience from a marketing or sales support in developing product messaging/narratives
and value propositions
-Proven ability to design and build professional and beautiful client ready sales collateral
-Ability to communicate, collaborate and influence cross functionally, including at the
Executive/Senior leadership level.
-Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail
