Marketing Communication Specialist

Our client is seeking a Marketing Communication Specialist with strong Direct to Consumer experience and excellent Project Management skills. The ideal candidate will support the design, development and implementation of our B2B2C and D2C marketing programs utilizing multiple marketing strategies and channels (e.g., social media, direct communications, geo-targeting, etc.) to deliver effective and efficient campaigns.

Responsibilities
• Support the development of the client/customer acquisition, retention and engagement strategy across National, Regional, Select and Private Exchanges
• Support team in implementing internal PR campaigns and updating internal communications
• Partner with Digital Analytics team to track campaign metrics and report findings
• Support the execution of initiatives to meet and exceed business objectives
• Support the identification of strategies to drive acquisition and client/customer retention across all segments and channels in a cost-effective way
• Closely align with Market Research and Customer Insights to identify what drives customer decisions and engagement through various research approaches - Consolidate and apply learnings to acquisition, engagement and retention strategies
• Work with team to build a test and learn marketing roadmap to guide continuous improvements in our customer acquisition and retention programs across all business segments. Continuously identify new opportunities to acquire customers in slice accounts
• Evaluate, develop, and leverage new success metrics for measuring retail initiatives such as engagement programs, retention efforts, and building new retail capabilities
• Support with development and updates to PowerPoint presentations
