Marketing Communication Manager

Plan and execute integrated MarCom campaigns for the commercial organization.

Manage a variety of MarCom projects across all business franchises on time and within budget.

Collaborate with Product Managers and SMEs to determine communications strategy and develop content.

Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate proactively to manage expectations, project timelines, and logistics.

Develop collateral using internal resources and external vendors.

Provide in-house graphic design and layout as necessary.

Write/edit content for a variety of communications as necessary.

Manage MarCom review and approval process for content accuracy, message effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Manage DCO submittals

Manage internal MarCom project management tool (RoboHead)

Work with external vendors on production of collateral

Assist in the development and measurement of functional metrics

Analyze processes to implement more efficient tactics

Manage agency and vendor relationships

Manage creation of creative briefs, team meetings, messaging and tactics

Co-manage internal communications program (microsite)

Assist in tradeshow planning and execution as necessary


Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Marketing, advertising, Communications, PR, Journalism, English)

5-6 years related experience preferred

Medical device or healthcare experience preferred

Organized and detail-oriented - REQUIRED

Ability to influence key stakeholders

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Creative and strategic thinker

Writing and editing skills including expertise with grammar, style, syntax and format

Knowledge of communications, marketing and production terminology and strategies - REQUIRED

Extensive project management experience – REQUIRED

Ability to prioritize and balance workload to meet aggressive deadlines – REQUIRED

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe design products (e.g. InDesign) – REQUIRED
