Responsibilities:
Tradeshows and Events
Establish clear event goals and objectives; Determine key messages and audience take aways
Provide detailed event overview decks, show briefs and exhibit plans facilitating executive approval prior to execution
Manage vendor/contractor relationships (i.e. Exhibit booth vendors and travel planners)
Facilitate pre-show meetings and post-show reports
Coordinate production of effective product demos, graphics and multimedia
Negotiate and secure sponsorships at events
Video Project Management
Collaborate with product marketing leads to determine video calendar
Understanding of video production, scripting, creative storyboarding
Ability to implement and deliver high quality, professionally executed videos

Skills/Experience:
Strong leadership and organizational skills, ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a matrix environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience in managing external agency resources and budgets: reconcile all invoices; report actual expenditures in a timely manner
The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, performance-driven environment
Understanding of the wireless industry and an understanding of wireless technologies a must

Education:
Strongly Preferred: Bachelors degree in Marketing or Communications
