Marketing Collateral Valdiation Analyst

We are looking for an organized and skilled Marketing Collateral Validation Analyst to join our Fortune 500 financial client in Wilmington, Delaware. The Marketing Execution Validation (MEV) organization is an independent team that validates components and output from each Marketing Services (MKS) Team against requirements to ensure an inclusive validation is completed prior to release into the Market place. In this fast-paced, dynamic environment, you will have the opportunity to interact with many stakeholders throughout Marketing Services. This position requires experience working with off-site stakeholders while performing with a high level of accuracy.


As a Business Process Analyst you will be responsible for partnering with various stakeholder groups in the identification of new audit types, the development of associated business requirements and the creation of process procedures/checklists. You will also be responsible for conducting validation of various work types (marketing creative across all channels) prior to release into the Marketplace. You will be responsible for facilitating dialogue with stakeholders for any work that does not meet the standards established by Card Services Compliance, Marketing Services and Marketing. In this role, you will be required to lead/participate in the training needed to execute validations for any new regulatory, new partner or product launches. You are also expected to easily adapt to system enhancements and procedural changes required to conduct validations.


Responsibilities for this opportunity include but are not limited to;

• Preforming reviews to validate accuracy of marketing collateral (to include print, internet and e-mail) associated with campaigns and programs with a focus in the digital media space
• Works closely with clients and with other system groups to understand business requirements and validation through implementation
• Actively participating in cross-functional discussions to review the impact of process changes from both internal and external interfaces ensuring operational risks and quality standards are accurately satisfied
• Identify areas for improving quality, efficiency, speed to market, and lead internal initiatives for the creation of creative solutions for improvement including operational changes and system automation
• Performing root cause analysis to identify and recommend issue resolution approaches.
• Developing and maintains a thorough understanding of the needs of the customer from the business and technical perspective.
• Possess thorough technical and operational knowledge within the QA area of responsibility
• Recommending solutions to ensure standardization of process, which may require ingenuity and creativity
• Communicating progress toward daily and weekly deliverables
• Assisting business managers and technical support staff in identifying and resolving defects
• Identifying recommend changes to established practices and policies
