The Marketing Campaign Operations Specialist is responsible for assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns we deploy on behalf of our financial institution clients, and supporting these clients with superior customer service and problem solving.
• Coordinate and collaborate with team members and key partners on campaign requirements (i.e. banners, prompts, home page banners).
• Build and deploy online banners and prompts for campaigns
• Assist with client questions via the Help Desk calls; communications and follow up on reported issues and custom requests.
• Internal email and marketing component review (proofing support) that includes database clean ups to ensure data cleanliness, correct formatting and accurate links.

• Technical aptitude / technologically savvy, especially with e-marketing technologies, HTML experience required.
• Extremely detail oriented, highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Prior experience working with clients to problem solve
• Demonstrated ability to focus and deliver on customers’ needs.
• Exceptional communications skills, written and verbal
• Team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills and a focus on problem solving.
• Self-starter with strong project management ability and technical aptitude, including multi-tasking and delivering results within agreed-upon timelines.

Education/Experience: Prefer a degree in marketing, communications, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years professional work experience in web development and management.
